- How long will it take to receive my order? We typically ship inmediately after your order completion. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen service.
- Do you offer tracking information? Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy? If the product was customize we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you on a solution.
- What happens if my order is damaged during shipping? We take great care to package your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

- Can you paint my printed cosplay piece or weapon? The painting service is included. If you wish to paint the product yourself contact us, our materials are compatible with most paints, so you can customize your creation after printing!
